AJ CM30- Semi-Automatic Fog Cannon Dust Suppression Systems
AJET® CM30 Series, a fast and effective system for dust suppression and control. The innovative mist cannon range is built to suppress dust over large areas before it disperses in the environment.
Fitted with a 5-kW fan motor, the mist cannon propels a consistent and uniform mist plume up to 30 metres. Oscillating 340 degrees, the mist cannons offer greater flexibility for dust suppression around the work site.
AJET CM30-5 Semi-automatic Mist Cannon features:
- Electronic PLC with Touch Screen allows total management of functions on board the machine
- No water and Thermal failure alerts
- 40 self-cleaning stainless-steel nozzles mounted on stainless steel nozzle crown
- 20 > 180 µm (droplet size many be adjusted according to the type of work)
- Turbine fan with 11 geometry blades, 5.5kW motor / 1500 rpm direct start
- Turbine fan airflow 9,000 m3/h
- 400V, 50Hz power supply, watertight electrical box
- Supporting structure is made of thick tubular box-type steel, electro welded, and hot-dip galvanised.
