AJET CM20 Mist Cannon Dust Suppression and Odour Control System

AJ CM20 Mist Cannon is a compact, high performance dust suppression and/or odour neutralising unit that operates in restricted environments and small areas. 

The highly efficient dust suppression and/or odour control system is an energy efficient machine with low water and power consumption. Water savings are significant due to four central vortex nozzles positioned in the centre of the fan. The vortex nozzles distribute the correct amount and size water droplets to target the problem area. This process uses far less water than conventional spraying systems. 

Two operating modes of use can be selected according to your job requirements. 

• Mode one operates the pump only with a range of 10/15 metres. 
• Mode two operates both the pump and the fan that allows a range up to 20/25 metres with a wide working area. 

Configurations include:

AJ CM20 separate pump, configured with separate fan and control system. Ideal for use where the mist cannon unit is mounted at height. The separation of the pump and control system allows the operator control at an accessible point. 

AJ CM20 on wheeled trolley. The mist cannon is versatile, easily transportable and positioned around the work site. 

AJ CM20 with Genset on board. Also available with water tank option. 

AJ CM20 Tower. Maximum height of 5 metres allows you the to facilitate dust suppression at high altitudes. 

AJ CM20 Odour Control Unit. Fitted with a dosing pump for additives, the precise amount of odour neutraliser agent is automatically dispersed to form large molecular aggregrates called micelles. This creates an osmogenic barrier which rather than masks the offensive odour neutralises by cancelling them out and making them imperceptible to the human nose. Osmogenic barriers have proven to be the most successful solution to treat diffused emissions by reducing odour concentration well beyond 80%. 

The compact mist cannon is well suited for outdoor use and in narrow spaces or inside buildings where dust suppression operations are required.
