A-JET® X35 Mist Cannon Dust Suppression and Odour Control Systems

A-JET® X35 mist cannon is a powerful and effective solution to dust control for all types of dust in mining, demolition, quarries, waste facilities, steel works and woodchip industries. An energy efficient machine with high performance, low water and power consumption, it has proven a highly effective solution for dust suppression and/or odour control.  

Utilising an industrial atomising system combined with a powerful aerodynamic fan, the A-JET® X35 mist cannon propels a fog stream over large areas to remove dust particles from the air before they can disperse. Nozzles are used to distribute the correct amount and size water droplets to target the problem area. This process uses far less water than conventional spraying systems. 

Engineered and manufactured for industrial use, A-JET® X35 mist cannons throw high volume fog up to 35-40 linear metres. Automatic oscillation up to 350 degrees is standard on the unit and covers a maximum area up to 3,750 square metres. The fine water mist generated by the units have a droplet size between 10-150 microns and mean droplet size of 70 microns. Finer droplet sizes between 5-60 micron can be achieved when fitted with the high pressure 70 bar high misting pump. 

Features include automatic main valve, manual elevation -20/+60 degrees and automatic oscillation. The machines are equipped with a robust steel chassis with forklift points for ease of transport on site. Alternately a pole option is available for permanent installations. 

Power connector, water filter, water drain and water connection are all easily accessible.
